Returns Policy

Our website was designed for the purpose of showcasing a selection of our range. We do not operate as an online store but can help you with any information you may need incuding getting a quote or even processing an order without having to come into store. We cannot offer international sales.

Our returns policy
By giving the go ahead on your order and paying deposit; you are confirming all items on the order are correct and you understand our returns policy as follows; Items can be returned or cancelled within a reasonable time, but they must be in resalable condition and may incur a restock fee from the supplier if they are not a stock item. Specially made or custom orders are non-returnable and we may ask for full payment of these items before proceeding.
If you have any questions in regards to our returns policy or are unsure on any of your quoted items, please speak to your friendly sales assistant.

Please note all quotes are valid for 30 days.
We carefully check pricing and product specifications when provided, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. We are not responsible for errors if specifications are provided. It is the tradesman’s responsibility to check any specifications prior to doing any plumbing or cut-outs.

Freight
If freight is quoted, it is a standard service for a weekday morning. There is only one driver so there must be someone available for this period of time at the receiving end, to assist the driver unloading all items including heavy items into a garage or carport. If this is not suitable we can organize a VIP or assisted unload delivery at an extra cost. If you are unsure if you can have someone available or if your recipient will be able to help unload goods, please speak to your friendly sales assistant.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and get it resolved.
