After much consideration Revive Bathroom Supplies have decided to trial closing the store on weekends. This will give our hard working staff a full two day weekend to be with their loved ones and have a proper break before starting the work week.
This decision has not been taken lightly. As a small family business we work hard to provide you with a vast range of products, competitive pricing and invaluable knowledge of products to best help you complete your chosen project.
Part of the reason we have been so successful over the years is because of our incredible staff and the work they put in to go above and beyond for our clients. Many of our staff have young families and as you can appreciate, only having one day a week together to catch up on chores and have quality family time is not enough.
We value our staff tremendously and believe they deserve more time to be with their families over the weekend.
We hope that our clients will appreciate that the decision to build or renovate is a considerate one that warrants some time out of their working week to make selections. We are happy to take week day appointments so that you can be assured your chosen sales person can attend to your or your clients every need in a timely manner.
For those that have no other option than weekends, we will be offering appointments slots for select Saturday mornings by appointment only. These will be subject to demand and organized much further in advance than previous appointments. As staff will be coming into the showroom specially for these appointments, it is intended for those ready to make and confirm selections for an order.
